Definition of Environmental Information
According to the Law on Environmental Protection, environmental information refers to any data in written, visual, audio, electronic, or any other material form related to:

The state of environmental elements, including air and atmosphere, water, soil, landscapes, natural areas, biodiversity and its components (including genetically modified organisms), and their interactions.

Influencing factors, such as substances, energy, noise, radiation, and activities or measures (including administrative actions, environmental agreements, policies, laws, plans, and programs) that impact or could impact the environment. This also includes cost-benefit analyses and other economic evaluations used in environmental decision-making.

Human health, safety, and living conditions, as well as cultural heritage and buildings, to the extent that they are or could be affected by environmental conditions or related factors, activities, or measures.

Institutions and bodies responsible for environmental matters.
